Little Rock Tavern is looking for a bartender to join our team!

Position: 1–3 shifts per week

Requirements:

• Must be available for shifts 1 PM – 6 PM and 6 PM – 2 AM
• Open availability 7 days a week, including holidays
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced bar environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS system and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while managing tabs and processing payments efficiently.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality or customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender
• Familiarity with POS system
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, and alcohol serving laws.

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
