Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, as well as a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus.
