Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately while offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions swiftly and accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and promoting a safe environment in nightclub or banquet settings
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service requests or catering events, supporting overall guest satisfaction

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
• Experience with retail math for cash handling and sales reconciliation
• Prior catering or banquet experience is highly desirable to support diverse event needs
