Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverage experiences for our guests, ensuring every visit is memorable and enjoyable. Your enthusiasm for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will be key to creating a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you will serve drinks with precision, maintain a welcoming environment, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
  • Manage POS systems TOAST for accurate order processing and cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service.
  • Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to meet specific service needs.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while managing retail math calculations for tips and totals.
  • Uphold all food handling standards and safety protocols throughout your shift.

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
  • Strong knowledge of POS system TOAST, basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
  • Experience with serving alcohol responsibly, including food safety practices related to beverage preparation and handling.
  • Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with food industry standards, including brewing processes if applicable, catering operations, and food safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and proper sanitation practices in a fast-paced environment.
