Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bar, creating a fun and friendly environment while serving drinks and ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in beverage service, and eager to contribute to a vibrant social setting.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety and food handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, keeping track of inventory levels and notifying management of shortages.
• Support the team during busy hours by serving drinks quickly while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Skills

• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including brewing techniques if applicable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations.
• Prior experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is a plus.
