Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to legal alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar supplies regularly and coordinate with kitchen staff for food service when needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while managing POS systems and performing basic math calculations for sales reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential; experience with cashiering and retail math is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in catering or food industry roles is advantageous; nightclub or brewing experience is a bonus.
