Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during nightclubs or busy events.
• Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
• Effective time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order calculations.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
