Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and promote specials to boost sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering tasks, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change.
• Restock supplies, garnishes, and beverages regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
• Uphold responsible serving policies by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during peak hours.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy.

Pay: $21.54 - $25.94 per hour
