Bartender

Job Summary

Must have an Alcohol Server Education (ASE) certification (or be currently enrolled in training for one)

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our beverage team. In this role, you will craft cocktails, serve drinks, and provide excellent customer service in a lively, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. This position provides an exciting opportunity to shape the beverage experience at The Frog and contribute to a dynamic bar atmosphere. (Pay range is hour + tips)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Greet and interact with guests, providing friendly and attentive service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper handling and storage of beverages
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible service practices
• Assist with catering events and special functions for the S.S. Lillypad
• Manage bar inventory and restock as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in a bar, lounge, or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and responsible alcohol service
• Team-oriented with reliability and professionalism
• Experience supporting catering events or large-scale beverage service preferred
