Bartender

Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender located in Centerville, MA. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent mixology skills, a strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, and a passion for providing outstanding service. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar. While TBC operates only through October, it offers a rewarding and memorable seasonal experience. Open June 13th, with orientation starting the first week of June.

Responsibilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a friendly manner.
• Take and serve drink orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies.
• Check customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices.
• Work collaboratively with servers and other team members to provide seamless service.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders accurately and complete transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification is a plus.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
