The Bull Pin is Estes Park's go-to spot for elevated entertainment — 8 lanes of bowling, a full arcade, live music, pool tables, and one of the best patios in town. We run a scratch kitchen and a full bar featuring 20+ taps, locally brewed craft beers, handcrafted cocktails, and the only self-pour beer taps in the area. Opened by locals in 2022, we're a high-energy, community-first venue right at the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Craft cocktails, pour drafts, and serve a diverse crowd — from locals and families to weekend tourists
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly during high-volume shifts
• Provide enthusiastic, attentive service that matches our fun, energetic atmosphere
• Support private events, corporate bookings, and celebrations when needed
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately; maintain responsible alcohol service (TIPS/ServSafe preferred)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of bartending or bar-back experience (high-volume or entertainment venue a plus)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer styles, and spirits
• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain it before your first shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent people skills — you're the reason guests come back
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
