Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft brews and cocktails and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing beverages and serving food in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods.
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
