Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drink options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices, especially in nightclub or banquet settings.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently and professionally.
• Experience with food safety standards, food handling, and responsible serving practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
• Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
