Join our Tiki Bar Team at Green Lizard team as a Barista/Bartender, where your energy and passion for mixing great tiki cocktails will create a vacation and make memorable experiences for every customer. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of Alcoholic beverages, and non alcoholic drinks with precision and flair.
• Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately while providing friendly and attentive service.
• Operate POS systems such as Future POS to process sales efficiently and accurately.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas.
• Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling snacks or light food items.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality.
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
• Uphold health regulations by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation practices.
• Engage with customers to promote sales of featured items or loyalty programs, boosting overall sales performance.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence.

Skills

• Proven experience as a barista/bartender in the food service industry, with strong cocktail making skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Future POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating warmth, friendliness, and professionalism at all times.
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks during peak hours smoothly.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a café setting.
• Ability to perform serving duties confidently while maintaining cleanliness and organization standards.
• Effective communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
