Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and personalized drink recommendations.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while managing sales, tips, and inventory control.
• Support event service including nightclubs, banquets, or catering functions by setting up bars and serving drinks efficiently.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with all legal drinking age regulations and safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to streamline sales transactions.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
• Experience with food handling, catering setups, or retail math is a plus for managing inventory and sales accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising service quality.
• Background in hospitality or food industry roles that involve serving customers in fast-paced environments.
