Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to patrons, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
- Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to fulfill customer orders promptly

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bartending and mixing drinks
- Familiarity with Heartland POS system or similar
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote products
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
