TreeTops Restaurant /Wright at Polymath Park is a small business in Acme, PA. We are professional, fast-paced, customer-centric and our goal is to provide a fun and lucrative work environment while giving exceptional service and food to our guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in the dining area and bar.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve guests in our Piazza area promptly while enhancing the guest experience.
• Handle cash register operations and perform basic math for accurate billing.
• Providing fast and efficient preparation of cocktails / drinks for restaurant guests

Qualifications

• Proficient in POS systems
• Strong customer service and bartending skills
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
• Excellent time management
• Background in food service and restaurant operations
