Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food handling.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs seamlessly.
• Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and ensure proper serving techniques to uphold health standards.
• Assist in setting up the bar area for service, restocking supplies, and cleaning workstations at the end of shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.94 - $30.00 per hour
