Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties, while accurately managing sales records.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light menu items during busy hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times at nightclubs, banquets, or catering events.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with liquor laws; knowledge of brewing or food industry standards is a plus.
