Victory Ranch is seeking a dynamic and talented Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests by crafting and serving drinks that enhance their experience at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our drink menu and stay up-to-date with industry trends to recommend beverages to guests confidently.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable and enjoyable visit.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as necessary and keeping the bar area clean and organized.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol compliance regulations.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
• Handle cash, process payments, and manage transactions accurately.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and serving techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
