Bartender

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately while ensuring efficient service.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, checking IDs to verify legal drinking age and preventing over-serving.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service
• Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service in both nightclub and fine dining settings.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender is highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during busy shifts.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service while managing cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
• Experience with banquet service or catering events is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food industry settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.98 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
