Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate POS systems such as Clover POS and Square POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at shift end.
• Support food service operations by assisting with serving food when required during catering or banquet events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, restaurant, or fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications.
• Experience with serving at banquets or catering events is a plus; knowledge of brewing or beverage preparation is advantageous.
