Bartender

Overview

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Collaborate with other staff members during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
- Participate in promotional events or catering services as needed.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced nightclub environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and commitment to providing outstanding service.
