About Us

Wissahickon Brewing Company is a family and locally owned craft brewery with multiple taprooms in the Philadelphia area. Our Maple Glen taproom is quickly becoming the place to be, featuring a high-energy bar, great beer & cocktails, and a full food program highlighted by a wood-fired pizza oven. We draw a strong regular crowd and stay busy — especially nights and weekends.

We’re looking for reliable, personable bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Full and part time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Serve beer and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and taproom
• Handle POS transactions and cash accurately
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Keep pace during high-volume service

Qualifications

• Bartending experience is required
• Serving experience is a plus
• Passion for craft beer is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Able to stand for long periods and lift kegs/cases as needed
• Must be 21+

Schedule

• We are open Wednesday through Sunday
• Evenings and weekends required
• Flexible scheduling available

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
