Willow Brook Country Club has openings for knowledgeable, friendly servers to work in our beautiful dining rooms. Servers should obtain dining and bar knowledge, provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.

Job Responsibility: To provide the membership with a quality mixed drink with a professional and inviting personality behind the bar while keeping safety of the patrons and staff in mind

Education and Experience:

High School Graduate or GED Equivalent (preferred)

TABC Certification

Skills Required:

Safety:

Being a responsible employee for the Club, which includes: performing all work in a safe environment, being trained in the proper safety requirements, and performing all work in a quality manner.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

· Works mostly indoors

· Must be able to work some nights, holidays and weekend shifts

· Lift 10-40 lbs. for bar setup

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential authorities, responsibilities and functions consist of, but are not limited to the following:

· Provide quality beverages; The mixing and pouring of beer, wine and alcohol

· The maintenance of the bar and equipment

· Cleanliness of all stainless steel, glassware and bar areas

· Opening set up and closing down bars properly

· Stocking liquor pars

· Washing, polishing, and stocking of glassware; organizing racks in the kitchen

· Locking all inventory

· Answering telephone and transferring all messages or properly answer questions asked

· Daily liquor exchange; counts for events

· Responsible for the management of pours, spillage, waste and the conservation of liquor costs

· 100% compliance with all Club policies; including health and safety guidelines of liquor service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
