Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to quality
• Provide engaging, professional, and personable service to create a memorable guest experience
• Collaborate with management to help develop and refine the drink menu, including cocktails and seasonal offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment at all times
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while upholding high service standards
• Monitor guest needs and ensure timely, attentive service
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Skills

• Previous bartending experience required
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
• Ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude
• Interest in creativity and contributing to menu development
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
