Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain detailed sales records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events, banquets, or nightclubs to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; hospitality or food service background preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order calculations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for nightlife or event-based shifts.
