Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help foster a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
• Manage POS systems. Toast familiarity a plus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially during high-energy nights at nightclubs or large events like banquets and catering functions.
• Handle transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items or supporting catering operations to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders seamlessly.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments; banquet experience is a plus.

Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day
