Bartender

Job Summary:
Aqua Vitae is looking for an outgoing, skilled or trainable Bartender to join our team! In this role, you'll craft signature cocktails, deliver exceptional customer service, tend to our guests, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for our all. Responsibilities:

• Beverage Handling: Prepare and serve a menu of specialty drinks, beer, wine, and a wide variety of craft and classic cocktails.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, high-quality service that ensures a positive guest experience.
• Preparation: Prepare mixers and ingredients, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Being a Team Player: Maintain positive work relationships with fellow bartenders, servers, and management.
• Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, products, and pairing suggestions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior bartending experience preferred, especially in a high-volume setting.
• Craft Knowledge: An understanding of craft-style bartending, including advanced cocktail creation techniques, or a strong desire to learn.
• Standard of Excellence: A strong unwillingness to compromise on the quality of our beverages and guest experiences.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong multitasking skills and composure under pressure
• High attention to detail and cleanliness
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours

Work Environment:

• Hours: Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
