Bartender

Bertha's Bar & Grill (Council Bluffs) is looking for a reliable Bartender to join our team. We are a neighborhood bar with a strong base of regular customers, steady food business, and a laid-back, no drama environment. This is not a high-volume nightclub. We are focused on good service, good food, and creating a place people want to come back to.

You will serve drinks and food to the bar and tables. Handle tabs, payments, and basic POS use.

Keep a clean and organized bar, interact with customers and build relationships with regulars.

Pay breakdown: Base pay is $6.00/hour. Tips: typically $12-$34+ hour. Most shifts average $18-$40+/hour total.

We are looking for a reliable person that shows up on time and can work independently. Good with people and conversation. Can handle a steady pace without drama.

Team player who respects coworkers and customers. Comfortable working in a neighborhood bar.

Ability to handle both table and bar service.

Basic knowledge of beer, liquor, and simple mixed drinks.

Experience preferred, but attitude matters more,

Schedule: Evenings and weekend availability preferred. Flexible schedule depending on fit.
