Job Summary:

We’re looking for servers who are friendly, fast, and passionate about creating a great guest experience. You’ll be the face of Bareburger—guiding guests through our menu, making solid recommendations, and creating a warm and memorable dining experience. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and love connecting with people, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with genuine friendliness and hospitality
• Learn and confidently speak to our menu—including food, cocktails, and specials
• Manage multiple tables and time-sensitive tasks with ease
• Communicate clearly with back-of-house and fellow front-of-house team members
• Maintain a clean and organized section and assist with sidework
• Handle payments and follow all opening/closing procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior serving experience preferred, but not required
• High energy and a team-first attitude
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Willingness to learn and grow with a brand-new team
• Weekend availability a plus
