Bartender

Job Summary:
All lNN is looking for a friendly and reliable Bartender to join our team in a casual, fast-paced bar environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can multitask, and provides excellent customer service while preparing and serving drinks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol in Illinois
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
