Position Summary

We are seeking energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our front-of-house team. Servers are responsible for providing exceptional service, maintaining product knowledge, and creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well as part of a team, and take pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Guide guests through menus, food specials, and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain strong menu knowledge including allergens and modifications
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing side work
• Maintain a clean and organized service station
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must meet South Carolina alcohol service requirements

• Lunch and dinner shifts available
• Weekends and holidays required
• Full-time and part-time positions open

Operating Hours are:

Monday-Thursday: 11AM-9PM

Friday & Saturday: 11AM-10PM

Sunday: 10AM-9PM

The Crave Hospitality Group offers 401k matching, supplemental health benefits, and vision and dental coverage after 90 days of employment as well as 2 mandated days off per 7 day work week in alignment with company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
