Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role involves crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Candidates should possess strong multitasking skills, proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and a solid understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service. A background in food industry operations, retail math, and cash handling is highly desirable. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage POS transactions using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest intoxication levels and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
• Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and beverage service

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
• Fine dining, nightclub, or banquet experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
• Experience in sales, serving, catering, or retail math enhances performance in this role
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in fast-paced settings
• Basic math skills necessary for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
