Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining and nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing an exceptional experience for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
• Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $8.00 per hour
