Server / Bartender – El Sol

At El Sol, we’re not just another bar and restaurant. We’re building a place people come to unwind, have fun, and feel something. Good food, good drinks, music, and a strong Latin vibe.

We’re looking for servers and bartenders who bring good energy with them. People who can handle a busy night, stay on their feet, and still make guests feel taken care of.

If you like working where it’s loud, fast, and a little chaotic (in a good way), you’ll fit in here.

What You’ll Do

• Serve drinks and food quickly and correctly
• Talk with guests, take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations
• Keep your area clean, stocked, and organized
• Work with the team to keep things moving during busy shifts
• Handle payments using the POS system
• Keep an eye on guests and make sure everyone is having a good, safe time
• Help restock and keep track of supplies

What We’re Looking For

• Good attitude and real energy
• Strong customer service, being easy to talk to goes a long way
• Ability to stay focused when it gets busy
• Good communication with your team
• Someone reliable. If you’re scheduled, you show up

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Experience bartending or serving
• Basic knowledge of drinks and bar service
• Comfort working in a loud, crowded environment
• Interest in Latin culture, music, and food

Details

• Part-time, seasonal, or temporary
• Evening and night shifts
• Weekend availability preferred
• Must meet state requirements to serve alcohol
• Location: 225 Mason AVE, Cape Charles, VA
