Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
• Manage POS systems such as Diner POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, checking IDs to verify legal drinking age and preventing over-serving
• Handle cash transactions accurately, balancing registers at shift end with retail math skills
• Uphold responsible beverage service policies in nightclub or hospitality settings, ensuring a safe environment for all guests

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple drink orders efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions in fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures within the food industry
• Experience with retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math to accurately process transactions
• Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly in diverse environments including nightclubs or catering events
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards
