Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and cash handling transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts while managing time effectively to serve guests promptly during busy periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event teams for catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures, food handling protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets.
• Previous experience in brewing or retail math is a plus; familiarity with food industry standards enhances your suitability for this role.
