Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change.
• Monitor alcohol consumption levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and responsible serving practices.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy hours or events like banquets or catering functions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high-volume nights in nightclubs or large events.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food safety, food handling, and alcohol service.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and accurate billing.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements.

Pay: $8.00 - $20.00 per hour
