Heather’s Minnetonka is Hiring Bartenders!

We’re looking for friendly, energetic bartenders to join our team at Heather’s Minnetonka. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating great guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

• Craft high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine service
• Provide attentive, welcoming hospitality at the bar and on the floor
• Work closely with servers and support staff as part of a team
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and restock as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
