Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Operate POS system accurately for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and organization skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and serving procedures.
• Handle cash transactions securely, perform basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender as well as proof of an Indiana Alcohol Beverage Permit is a plus. If no experience, must be able to obtain an Indiana Alcohol Beverage Permit within 90 days of employment. We will train!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha, Toast, etc.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math applications.
