Bartender

Job Summary
Busy private country club with golfers, diners, patio and banquets is looking for a bartender to join the team. Great money, friendly members, and a fantastic team. Hourly rate plus automatic service charge and extra tips. We are seeking an energetic and personable professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft drinks, serve food, and provide exceptional customer service. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in a dynamic hospitality environment while ensuring guests leave with a positive impression.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, taking orders accurately using POS system Clubessentials.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to health regulations.
• Assist with banquets and golf functions providing prompt service and supporting event setup and breakdown.
• Bartending skills to handle a 15 stool bar, golfers "on the turn" and a service window
• Availability nights, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Professional bartender experience paired with food service.
• Friendly demeanor towards members, their invited guests, front of the house and back of the house team.
• Ability to learn menus, members names and their favorites.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
