Responsibilities
- Serve customers by taking drink orders and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage tabs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while preparing and serving beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending and customer service within the food industry
- Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Toast
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dining environment
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
