Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
• Promote sales by suggesting drink specials or upselling menu items to customers.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of cash register operation, cash handling, keno and POS systems is essential.
• Experience in nightclub or bar settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
