Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our team at Louies, we are a farm to table restaurant with a full bar focusing on craft cocktails, wines from around the world and top notch service

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and attentive service.
  • Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in lively settings like nightclubs or banquet events.
  • Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, to ensure seamless service during busy hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service during catering events, food service operations, or retail settings.

Experience

  • Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures within the food industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in time management to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
  • Experience in sales-driven roles with excellent customer service skills that create engaging guest interactions.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, retail math calculations, and tab management.
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques or catering experience is a plus for versatile service capabilities.
