Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Clean bar the same as you found it at the end of each shift, leave products stocked and walk in beer cooler as you left it.
• Comfortable running a bar completely alone. Requesting ID is required responsibility of bartender on duty.

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in nightclubs, or bar settings with strong knowledge of industry
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash registers
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients precisely.
• Experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering enhances your ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
