Join the team at Grey Heron Grill, the premier waterfront dining destination at Pebble Isle Marina. We are seeking a professional Bartender for a full-time, seasonal position. This role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a high-volume environment, offering a mix of casual lakeside favorites and a sophisticated cocktail menu.

Salary: $7.50/hour + Tips

Schedule: Full-Time, Seasonal (Availability through Labor Day and early fall required) , Wednesday - Sunday (will work Mondays on holidays)

Location: New Johnsonville, TN (Pebble Isle Marina)

What You’ll Do

• Craft consistent, high-quality cocktails and serve a variety of beer and wine.
• Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service to both our "regulars" and visiting boaters.
• Manage high-volume shifts efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized bar.
• Operate our Toast POS system to process orders and payments accurately.
• Maintain a safe environment by strictly adhering to TABC regulations and checking IDs.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous professional bartending experience (2 years) is a must.
• Permits: A valid TABC Server Permit is required before your first shift.
• Tech Savvy: Previous POS experience is required. While familiarity with Toast is a major plus, we are happy to train the right person on our specific system.
• Seasonality: This is a seasonal position. We need someone who can commit to the full summer rush and has the availability to work through Labor Day and into the early fall.
• Schedule: Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays (the best times on the river!).
