Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve signature tropical cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
Create innovative drink specials highlighting local flavors and ingredients
Maintain accurate cash handling and payment processing
Manage bar inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Ensure bar areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked
Build rapport with guests while sharing local knowledge and recommendations
Uphold all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices
Support special events and themed nights at the resort
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience required (minimum 1 year)
Knowledge of classic and tropical cocktail preparation
Florida alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Creative approach to mixology and presentation
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
