Bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beer and wine, and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about various types of alcohol, have a friendly and outgoing personality, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and menu offerings
• Maintain an orderly bar area and ensure all equipment is cleaned and stocked
• Check customers' identification and adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, making sure their experience is exceptional
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Attend to any customer complaints or concerns and work to resolve them promptly
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
