Bartender

Now hiring full and part time Bartenders to join our team!

Sacconnesset Golf Club is a high-end private golf club in Falmouth, MA. The position will include shifts working the outside bar that services 100+, and the Indoor bar which services 150+.

As a Bartender at Sacconnesset, you get control over making our guests' experience STELLAR with delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Here's what the job will entail:

• You'll have to do some pre- and post-work shift duties, including inspecting, cleaning, stocking, and setting up the bar.
• You'll get to craft some delicious mixed, pre-mixed drinks, and garnishes.
• You'll get to become best friends with our regulars (and turn new guests into regulars)!
• You'll make sure that customers get the best experience by reporting any complaints to managers and diligently following company policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 2+ years bartending experience and be TIPs certified
• Weekends and nights are required
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, quick with the cocktails and work as a TEAM
• Must be able to learn the menus and upsell
• Jonas POS knowledge preferred but will train
• Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
